Issue when filename has accented capital letters

First I want to say that I love your drag and drop functionality. Hats off to you for creating this.

I just noticed a little bug that I wanted to make you aware of.

When you select a file which contains accented uppercase letters, the dll changes the filename slightly so the file cannot be found.
Example:
Selected filename is "RAPPORT CAC EXERCICE 2023 - MENEMA GUINÉE SARL(1).pdf"
The gDll.OpenFileReturnsArray returns "RAPPORT CAC EXERCICE 2023 - MENEMA GUINE´E SARL(1).pdf"
