Hurray, 1.0.1 released.

• Binaries for Windows, Linux and Mac OS X
• Windows version still flawed:
  (1) missing icons because unicode mess
  (2) process doesn't exit when closing the window
  (3) Maybe some DLL files are missing on some systems
• Playback support for wav, mp3, flac and many others through ffmpeg (aac is not supported!)
• Removed microphone input for now
• Automatic detection of sound device settings
