Describe your issue

It is not an issue but an enhancement. This issue is for de_duplicate multiple issues for the same request.
For this we can use Repo Assistant App.

  • This GitHub App helps to identify and label duplicate issues automatically. It uses the power of OpenAI’s embeddings and Supabases’s database.
  • This GitHub app can be integrated with the Kubeflow/manifest repo to detect duplicates.
  • Using AI, the Repo Assistant AI bot adds a comment on the issue indicating the already existing issue.
After that, the owner of the issue can close it. If it does not close, Using a stale GitHub action we can close it automatically after specified days._

I think even more important than deduplicating is redirecting to the right repository. See for example #2790
