CI-E2E-tests are broken

The daily reboot tests are broken since the 1.23 dependency update.

• 1.22 cluster-test was aborted
• 1.23 cluster-test was aborted
• 1.24 cluster-test failed, as 4 of 5 nodes are double tainted with node-role.kubernetes.io/control-planeand node-role.kubernetes.io/master. I think that's not correct. See use precise versions for kubeadm label / taint changes kubernetes-sigs/kind#2779 (comment)

This needs further investigation unfortunately. The daily e2e-tests and some PR-E2E tests are still unstable. The reboot-process interrupts by 4/5 nodes of the cluster.
