Chart 1.14.0 has been re-released

What happened: a change landed in master a couple of days back, overriding the previous version of the chart 1.14.0 with new content and logic.

What you expected to happen: A new version should have been cut, or the "test" (as it's worded) should have used a snapshot tag or direct commit reference instead.

Ideally the change in 1.14.0 should be rolled back to the previously-released version.
