When TLS is enabled, there is a stunnel process got created. However, when the csi pod crashes stunnel processes got killed since they are part of the same container as csi pod. When csi pod restarts, if there were any volume mount left, csi driver should reconstruct the stunnel processes so that any existing connect to EFS is retained.
