[docs] Improve CI/CD guides with loading kubeshop/tracetest image

Describe the enhancement you'd like to see
I’d like a Docker image with the Tracetest CLI pre-installed. This would be cool for loading into CI envs, so a CI step would pull the Docker image, configure and run the CLI. This simplifies the process a lot, instead of having to download and install the CLI in a CI pipeline.

This works by using the kubeshop/tracetest image.

docker run --rm -it -v$(pwd):$(pwd) -w $(pwd) --entrypoint tracetest kubeshop/tracetest:v0.11.9 version
