[CLI] Export all resources from Tracetest instance

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

• I want to export all resources from my Tracetest instance with one single CLI command
• The export command requires an ID — inconvenient, since I need to list the resource first then find the id then run the export.
• The list command does not work with the --all flag, you still need to select the resource you want to list — inconvenient, since again I need to look for ids.

Describe the solution you'd like
I would love a tracetest export --all command and get it dumped into a big file similar to the provision file we use.
