Support hoisting when using `@jest/globals`, applying to:
- named import, e.g. `import { jest } from '@jest/globals'`
- aliased named import, e.g. `import {jest as aliasedJest} from '@jest/globals'`
- namespace import, e.g `import * as JestGlobals from '@jest/globals'`
