Describe the bug
lacework_policy_exception doesn't show a diff when an exception is edited in the LW web UI

To Reproduce
Steps to reproduce the behavior:

create an exception via TF
Find it in the web UI and edit it
Run terraform plan again

Expected behavior
The plan should show a diff against the manually edited version

OS: doesn't really matter, happened on MacOS Sonoma 14.5, Linux (running in spacelift)
Provider Version: v1.19.0
