No UTF-8 encoding in channel description

See the screenshot, random charaters from non-utf-8 letters.

Tested on:

• Pixel 7 & 7a
• OS: Calyx 13 (33) & Graphene 14 (34)
• Clipious: 1.19.0 (4045)

If you tell me what to change. So the invidious API running on my server has some kind of issue?

Yes, if the issue is not happening on all servers then it is a server issue. Unfortunately I don't know what is the issue and how to fix it, that is a question for invidious.
