Feature request

It would be an incredible idea to create a SamabaNovaChat class to integrate the SambaNova Cloud api in Langchain, in the same way Cerebras or Groq are already integrated.

Motivation

This feature would allow Langchain users to get access to GPT4o-level LLM inference at a very low cost !
