All LICENSE files throughout lava and its libraries that declare the BSD-3 license give copyright to "Intel NRC Ecosystem".
It should (probably) be "Intel Corporation" instead?

@mgkwill Can you confirm this is in fact true?

I created three more pull requests, one in each of the repositories lava-dl, lava-optimization, and lava-dnf. Taken together, they should fix this issue.
