[Urgent] Homepage won't update price if price changed after it was loaded.

The Issue

I spent 10 LBC on something that purported to be free on Community Top Bids. https://ictman.tk/img/070518_04-58-41.png

Steps to Reproduce

idk whether it's reproducible, but here's what I did

1. Download lbry://four from the community bids section. Note that it's tagged to be "free".
2. Realise with shock 10 LBC has been taken from your account
3. Go into your downloads section, and note how that very same free item is now 10 LBC. https://ictman.tk/img/070518_04-53-57.png

Expected Behaviour

Get the content at no charge.

Actual Behaviour

Got the content at 10 LBC.

Suggested Solutions

Some kind of webhook/loop to check prices? Also, check prices before download, and tell the user if it has changed and if they really want to continue?

Edit: Nikooo told me he had seen something similar before, where the homepage wouldn't update to the new price if it changed after the homepage had been loaded. I'll change the title accordingly.
BTW, it also seemed to bypass the confirmation dialog (I have mine set up to confirm every transaction). Related or separate bug?
