v3 Clean Slate Notification

With the release of v3.0.0 we are closing and locking all outstanding issues and pull requests (except for one or two notable exceptions). We are doing this in order to establish a clean slate with v3. When the ldapjs org was created, we inherited a large backlog of open issues and stale pull requests. We attempted to triage all of these several years ago, but we have reached a point where we need to start fresh.

Note: we recognize that there are valid issues that remain. And we do not want anyone to think we are rejecting their contribution (we genuinely want your contributions). If your issue or contribution has been affected by this, please raise a new issue or open a new pull request.
