Overview

This task keeps track of what has been done and what is pending in form of a checklist. Each checklist item has a high level descriptions of what needs to accomplished in the search recommendations project. As such, It is has no deliverable but is only for planning and speccing purposes moving forward. it will be marked as complete once the feature is completed as a whole.

Because we are now not using HTTP requests to get recommendations, this task is no longer required and needs to be translated into a task more aligned with what need to be done.

Moving purpose to #4044. Tasks have been separated into In-progress and Incoming tasks. As such this becomes a redundant issue, so closing it.
