Can't decode in safari

Hi, when i try using the EBML.Decoder.decode function on a blob created using RecordRTC in safari, then i get the following error:
Unhandled Promise Rejection: Error: Unrepresentable length: 9 0000001c6674797069

Safari version 14.1.1

I'm not sure whether this is related, but there is a similar issue here collab-project/videojs-record#581 which is reproduced here https://collab-project.github.io/videojs-record/demo/video-only-ebml.html
