Scroll Wheel Navigation passes the scroll whell action in addition to performing the gesture

When performing scroll whell navigation to scroll through tabs, instead of only going to the next/previous tab, the addon will also scroll the document within the tab from which the gesture was started.
This happens irregardless of whether scroll wheel navigation has been set to "Tab Navigation" or "Perform Gesture" with the gesture mapped to the next/previous tab function.

This is especially annoying if the user has their scroll wheel set to scroll "One Screen at a Time".
