Hi, I am using landoop/kafka-connect-ui version 0.9.7 and I am getting the following alert
D3 v3 is going to be deleted. Please migrate to v4 ASAP.

Besides, I've seen that there is a new docker image in Docker Hub that was built 2 months ago with the tag latest. It'd be good if we have a version number, maybe following the sequence it would be 0.9.8
