Enhancement: Text edit line select and move up/down

Could we have two new features for the code editor:

1. Click on the line number area to select the whole line including the CR/LF at the end. And Click and hold, then drag up and down to select multiple lines.
2. While the cursor is on a line of text, hold the ALT key and click the UP or DOWN cursor keys to move that line up and down.
   (as a bonus, if have multiple lines in a selection, move the entirety of the lines the selection covers up and down.
