Better example app

I recently tried to help someone start using webgrid. I thought I'd point them to the webgrid_ta app as an example. But, I had to do a few things to get that running that wouldn't be intuitive to a new user: https://gist.github.com/rsyring/1556bd4b2cd7d47967d158af18698ebd

Do we want to setup an example app that's more turnkey, or make adjustments to webgrid_ta, that we can point to as an example of a working Flask app?
