Add support for more distro package managers

I suspect it might be easier to support some existing cross/meta package-manager tool, even if the results are not as good.

Also note that merely broad distro support is better achieved with something like Repology support (#115).

The benefit of direct use of distro package manager tools is that each computer will have a package manager configuration which is different, e.g. adding ppas/copr, removing non-OSS, or including non-free.
