Even with the original DTXV.exe selected, the current DTXCreator is still unable to play charts at speed other than 1.00.
This feature is important for creators to chart accurate DTX by allowing them to listen to dense notes at 0.5 speed.

For DTXV.exe, this is a bug fix where the SelectedIndexChange handler for the Playspeed Combo Box is missing and the tmp dtx file is not always updated correctly.

For DTXMania as viewer, this is an enhancement as Playspeed is not controllable from DTXCreator previously.
