Feature Request: Ability to save links via hotkey?

Are there any plans to add a feature similar to instapaper where you can Ctrl+shift+S and save a link? Ctrl+shift+S would save the current browser tab/page into the unorganized collection without having us click on the plugin itself.

Right now, there's a shortcut for activating the extension.
I would be happy if after activating, we could just hit the ENTER key to save the the link. (Right now, if I hit Enter, nothing happens. So maybe what needs to happen is just to give keyboard focus to the SAVE button)
This would mean 2 keystrokes instead of 1 as requested in the OP, but maybe it would be an easier feature to implement in the feature?
