default-settings、dde-session、dde-apperance

优化了字体设置，预设了中（简、港繁、台繁、藏、蒙、维）、日、韩的默认字体。

  1. 删除 ~/.config/fontconfig 后，切换语言重新登录查看字体变化。不应该像以前以后登录后，等几秒才会更新。而是登录后看到的就是新字体。
  2. 确认手动设置字体后，无论语言如何切换，都不会再改变手动设置的默认字体
