Gestures: default swipe actions could be improved

I suggest using something like this as the default gestures for the swipe section:

This setting is similar to the Gnome and MacOS default configurations (at least the three finger ones) and in my opinion is better for a more fluid workflow.

Even though users can change them as they better like, it's always nice to have good defaults.
