Add support for conda packages

It would be great if the Linux Mint update manager could also be used to update packages installed in conda environments through conda channels. Adding support for conda repositories in mintupdate shouldn't be hard, but you would also need a way of selecting which conda environments to apply the updates for (i.e. treating packages in different environments as different packages).
