sapifying the tts voice

Hello, I'm not a developer, but I'm suggesting something to this awesome voice. I hope that this voice gets ported to sapi5 on windows for use with speech applications like text readers, book readers, screen readers for blind people etc. We don't have good free arabic voices on windows, and I am hoping of getting a good free good voice which we can use without relying on payed voices made by the west. Please consider m suggestion. I hope this voice becomes ported to sapi5 so me and other arab blind people can use it on their windows computers. Thanks and have a good time
