Overview

We want to prep for being able to pull issues dynamically, but the source will differ so we want the 'common issues' parameters to be copied, not referenced.

Deliverables

  • Instead of referencing data structure directly, turn into a function that returns a unique copy.

Additional changes

  • Sketched in commented code for partial implementation of dynamic issue retrieval for issue option func
