Documentation refers to the same concept by two different names #688

In the dev documentation in this repo, there is a fee referred to as the "issuance fee". In the "Official Liquity Documentation" this fee is referred to as the "borrowing fee". For clarity, the documentation maintainer may want to resolve this discrepancy.

Edit: I noticed a similar thing with "Depositor" and "Stability Provider", the latter of which is referred to in the Official Liquity Documentation here and the former of which is referred to in the dev documentation here and here. Both referred to by different names even though they are referring to the same thing.
