Click on actions (reevaluate/block etc) sometimes jumps back into the focused code block

Environment

• Operating system: Mac OS Ventura (13.2.1)
• Browser: Safari 16.3 shows the issue, Chrome doesn't
• LiveBook v0.10.0

Current behavior

Showing with a video, where I click 2 times on re-evaluate, 1 time on block, each time the focus goes back to the code editor.

Ultimately I click outside in a white area, and re-evaluate will work as expected:

Expected behavior

I would expect the click to execute the related action.

Almost certain this is a duplicate of #2003. I opened an issue upstream, though no updates so far.
