Separate apps from authentication page #2321

Today app listing is shown alongside authentication but I believe we should:

Move the apps listing to the /apps route (the internal /apps today must be renamed to something else)
The new /apps page will have a Login -> button on the top right which will /authenticate (or send to the home)
If the user visits the home page and they are not logged it, they will be either redirected to /apps (if any) or /authenticate
