Permission Denied Trying to Update

Windows 11, Powershell (in admin mode).

I haven't updated in a while, but I have no choice since run.bat will update.

I get the following error:

ERROR: Could not install packages due to an OSError: [WinError 5] Access is denied: '\python_embeded\lib\site-packages\_cffi_backend.cp310-win_amd64.pyd'
Consider using the --user option or check the permissions.
