As the title says, flang(-new) is conspicuously absent from the provided Windows/Intel binaries while present in the Windows-on-Arm one.
Is there a deeper reason for this, or could it be changed ?

Thanks for the pointer, so probably no widely available flang on that platform until LLVM20 in half a year or so (?)
