Static on the output #1
Comments
The first time I turned it on once fully assembled I got static. The issue for me what that there was a short to the microphone body, via the potentiometer (i think). It is pretty tight to get everything in the mic body. Have you tried powering it on outside of the case? |
It's all open air at the minute, there is one thing that got me a little confused, the original schematic call non polar caps for the 22uf, but in your pics they look electrolytic, is that right? I used electrolytic on my build and it felt a little wrong |
That's probably your issue. I used non-polar electrolytic for the 22uf caps. They can be more difficult to find. |
I see, ok I'll try to get ahold of some of these try again, thank you |
Hello there, dunno if you are still paying attention to this repo, but if you are could you help debug what's happening?
I ordered the pcb and assambled it, I'm using an Apple dongle DAC as my usb interface and all I get is a bunch of static, did you run into this at any point?
