Improve the library's SEO

Since this is an open source project, I think we could update the lib's name and also add some tags to it. This way people looking for a Salesforce wrapper for RN have more changes to find it.

A few suggestions of name:

• react-native-chat-salesforce

@pedrohperalta Since react-native-salesforce-chat already exists, I'm inclined to change to salesforce-chat-react-native.

Sorry for taking so long.

IDK if I would change the name. My concern is that if we have a similar name to the other library, people would feel very confused when using it, debugging it, or even googling it. It could be frustrating searching for something to only later realize you were looking at the wrong project. At least rn-* is visually very different from react-native-*.

GitHub has a very good SEO if we well describe the project and what it is. Description, tags, even the README file are taken into consideration.

I'm up for a better description and the addition of all the suggested tags. But I would hold the decision of changing the name for now.
