Rename RPS #709

The term RPS in the UI might be misleading and would make more sense if it were called RPS per User or something similar. The rename makes the intent clearer (ie. locust is simulating real-world user behaviour) and easily understand the consequence of the min wait and max wait time parametres.

"RPS" is aggregate/total requests per second
