feature request: Terraform support

What problem did you meet?

Terraform is a popular IaC（infrastructure as code） solution. I hope to define logto‘s resources as code, like zitadel or Okta Provider.

Briefly discussed with the team, will create a project for this, the timeline is not determined yet but it will be on our roadmap.
