Monitor shows HTTP 500 returned but site is up returning 200 HTTP code.

If I use curl -I https://domain.tld on the machine via ssh it comes back as 200.
However Uptime Kuma says it is returning a 500.

URL is exactly the same. Browsing to the site returns the page cleanly.
