Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.
We have some secondary bioinformatics analyses that benefit from having access to the cleansed reads after a SneakerNet workflow is complete.

Describe the solution you'd like
Currently the cleansed reads are not accessible after the SneakerNet workflow is complete. We would like to request a feature plugin for SneakerNet which allows for us to export or have access to the cleansed sequencing reads after the SneakerNet workflow is complete.

Describe alternatives you've considered
We might be able to snag the cleaned reads from the Shovill step too. Maybe instead of a new plugin, we could look at Shovill instead.
