Update file API attachment fileareas

In a near future version upgrade, Quickmail needs to correct it's file references to point to the correct component = block_quickmail and filearea = attachment_log or attachment_drafts from what's it's currently doing.

Changing this will enable some future niceties:

1. Attachment filearea's will / can be backed up
2. We can begin making the "multiple attachment" a more accessible feature

Updating the file db references should be a very safe and simple procedure in the upgrade script.
