I would like to see some documentation with the following info:
list of currently running instances of the project, with links
who (person or organization) is responsible for administering each one
how to get involved in volunteering for each one, if there’s any special process for it
And also, some advice (or links to an article with advice) for setting up an instance in your own city.

The advantage to this is it would make it easier to suggest online volunteering opportunities to people who are looking to get involved, and for code maintainers to see some of the different ways the code is being deployed. It would also make it easier to set up new instances in a new city (and avoid duplicating effort—maybe there could be a section for instances that are in the works but not fully set up).
