应用场景：页面上有全站的弹窗、banner广告位的时候希望用户关闭之后再某一段时间不显示，过段时间之后又能自动显示出来。

set时多加一个时间戳参数，get时将当前时间戳和set的时间戳相减判定是否在间隔内，这样是否可以解决你所需的场景呢？
