Is there any way to bypass Checking for runtime updates, please wait ... at the first launch?

I live in Chian, so GitHub is very hard to access directly.
I tried to use some vpn in TUN mode, or just set the system proxy manually in the GUI system settings.
But none of them work, Lutris just cannot get any update.

Is there any way to manually install all the things Lutris needs?

I am using Lutris in SteamOS installed by Flathub.
