PackageConfig Attributes

If the LUYA composer section contains attributes which are not covered in LUYA core (https://github.com/luyadev/luya/blob/master/core/base/PackageConfig.php) the installer try's to write those atttribute: https://github.com/luyadev/luya/blob/master/core/base/PackageInstaller.php#L33

in future, not covered attributes should be accessible trough getValue('attributeName').

For example: 'foo' => 'bar' could then be accessed by getValue('foo').
