ePydemiology

Library of python code for epidemiologists – eventually.

The ePydemiology package can be installed using:

pip install epydemiology

However, the latest updates may not be available in using pip install. Instead, it is possible to clone the git repository and pip install in edit mode.

Descriptions of the available functions are given in the wiki.
