Plotting proportions with phjCalculateBinomialProportions() function leave upper error bar cap floating if proportion is NaN #18

The phjCalculateBinomialProportions() function is used to calculate and plot binomial proportions for a number of binary variables. If the proportion is NaN but the upper confidence limit is still calculated, then the plot contains dismembered error bar caps at the position of the upper limit.
