Add an option to limit the number of maximum windows per-app

It would be great to have the option to only show a maximum of x number of windows per app.

For example: I currently have Cmnd+Tab set to show all windows everywhere, and Option+Tab to show all windows of the currently active app.

If having a lot of windows open from something like Finder or Safari, this sort of option would help to declutter the interface when switching, acting similarly to the default MacOS implementation.

it will be possible to show 1 window per app soon, thanks to #351. For more granular UX, #337 may cover it in the future.
