Issue description

incus help restart says:

  The opposite of "incus pause" is "incus start".

This has multiple problems:

• The help output I'm looking at is for neither incus pause nor incus start, so why am I being told this?
• If incus start is a typo for incus restart, then I'd rephrase the sentence to put the emphasis in the right place: perhaps '"incus restart" is the opposite of "incus pause"'.
• There's no similar remark in incus help pause. It seems as though it would be useful for that command to tell you how to unpause.
• Is this claim actually true, either as incus start or as incus restart? From what I can see, the opposite of incus pause is in fact incus resume.
