Checking connection status

Hey,
I think one missing method that should be there for sure is
test_connection()
something that tells you that the connection info you inserted in GrafanaFacade constructor are valid

thank you for your suggestion. We recently forked this repository to ¹, see #88. On the matter of your question, I think sending a request to the /health endpoint ² might be what you are looking at?
